The new musicvideo will be premiered this week! Watch AATW´s official youtube channel for it. But actually it´s not a total new musicvideo... It´s the latest video with some added scenes/shots, and according to sources "much improved"... Full promo will start this week, but the release date will obviously be delayed. It seems like it´ll get a release late April/early May. And therefor the album has been pushed back to April 26th. Fingers crossed it won´t be too late!
In other news, Agnes is now off to the US, for 2 MONTHS of promo!We can also read on the Scandipop twitter that "the new Agnes album is shaping up well - with Anders Hansson & Sharon Vaughn (composers of "Release Me") working on the majority of it". Exciting times!
Well, as frustrating as it is with these constant delays, I don't think it matters that much anymore. The effect from Release Me has worn off anyway. Now it will more or less be like starting from the beginning again and then I think it is very important they have lots of airplay, a really good video and so forth. Also Agnes need to have the time to do loads of promo, and by the looks of things she doesn't right now (with the US launch going on). In other words they might as well wait a couple of months and do things right instead of just throwing another song out there.
ReplyDeleteYes I agree. It is really frustrating waiting for UK DLP, but we must consider what is best for Agnes. And this time, we really need A LOT of promo.
