UK: The On And On release...

The new musicvideo will be premiered this week! Watch AATW´s official youtube channel for it. But actually it´s not a total new musicvideo... It´s the latest video with some added scenes/shots, and according to sources "much improved"... Full promo will start this week, but the release date will obviously be delayed. It seems like it´ll get a release late April/early May. And therefor the album has been pushed back to April 26th. Fingers crossed it won´t be too late!

In other news, Agnes is now off to the US, for 2 MONTHS of promo!We can also read on the Scandipop twitter that "the new Agnes album is shaping up well - with Anders Hansson & Sharon Vaughn (composers of "Release Me") working on the majority of it". Exciting times!

Major world tour?!

According to Agnes´ stylist, Angelina Jolin, Agnes is going on a major world tour! Yesterday she wrote the following on her website:

"Buzy days...
Agnes is going on a major world tour, and she needs a lot of wardrobe, so we are having fun getting a lot of great stuff together here in Stockholm, three tailors are working on stage pieces, I will tell you more...
..and we have been pulling great scandinavian fashion from spring 2010, from Marlene Birger, Whyred, HM, April77, KIMA and Dagmar. We need some great jewelery and sunglasses so we are looking at Agnes favorite jewelry brand Rebecca, Mi Lajki, corsets and lingerie possibly from Kirsi Nisonen and dutch company Marlies Dekker. We might get some great luxury pieces, from the store Les Chambres, where Yvonne, the owner, has handpicked the best of fashions, D Square denim, Pinkos great dresses and pants, fab jewelry, and shoes, and lifestylepieces such as books, candles, duffle bags, great florist, and hair dresser-in house and a cafe to reflect what you really need to buy! Snowstorm in Stockholm now so I will stay in...spagetti carbonara comming up!"

Promotour? Her own, real tour? Opening act for another artist? Either way, it has to be big - "three tailors are working on stage pieces.."

This is a new version of "Sometimes I Forget", wich will be released in France as Agnes´ 3rd single. Don´t worry though, it´s not another ballad turned up-tempo, it´s still a ballad but slighty different from the original. But for there´s of course a great remix of it we can shake our bodies too, listen to that below. There´s still no sign of the french version Agnes recorded of it or any releasedate.

"On And On", Agnes´ 3rd UK single, will be released in the UK 8th March as a Cd-Single and aviable as a download at the 7th. Pre-order it here.  But with no promo at all so far, things aren´t looking that good, i´m afraid. Hopefully they´ll release the video, first thing next week.

Norway: Agnes live @ "Gullfisken Award"

After some months home in Sweden, Agnes is now starting her promotion tour around the world. Australia, Morocco, US and first Norway is on the schedule. Tomorrow, friday, Agnes will be performing at the "Gullfisken Award" in Oslo Norway, @ Tv2 7.30pm. "Gullfisken" is an award show for 2009´s best commercials, where the viewers get to vote for their favourite commercial, which wins the "Gullfisken award". Read more and see the nominated commercials here. "Kent" a famous Swedish group will also perfom at the show. Agnes´ 1st single in Norway, "Release Me" has sold over 10.000 copies there, giving it a platinum certificate. "Dance Love Pop" where released in Norway, September last year.

Sweden: Artist of the year @ Gaygalan!

 FINALLY! Agnes has won an award in Sweden, last night she won the "Artist Of the Year" award at the "Gaygala". She was also nominated in the same category last year, but didn´t win. But this time she did! She also performed "Release Me" & "Love Love Love" during the award show. A big congratulations to Agnes!
