"Release Me" has sold gold (15.000 copies) in Denmark, a big congratulations to Agnes!
"Release Me" is still steady at the danish hitlist, #14 right now, after 16 weeks at the chart.
This is her first certificate in another country, here in Sweden she has got 2 gold singles, 1 platinum single and 3 platinum albums. The album, "Dance Love Pop" will be released 24th August in Denmark. Agnes will be doing 2 gigs in Denmark this summer, 11/7 Radio ABC Beachparty, Grenå Beach and 22/8 "This Years Chick Flick", Odense, preshow to The Pussycat Dolls.
The danish recordcompany writes;
"Agnes has taken over the danish radiostations and clubs with "Release Me", wich have sold gold here in Denmark. This means that over 15.000 danes have bought the single under the last couple of months. But it´s not just here Agnes having succes, in the UK "Release Me" is #4 in the single charts, so there will likely be more gold for this swedish singer. Agnes release her album "Dance Love Pop" on 24th of August."
