So it´s not "too euro" after all? The 3rd single in UK "On And On" will be released at the end of February. This was the obvious 2nd single, but for some reason ("too euro") the record label didn´t release it. But now they have changed their minds about it. I just think they don´t want to let the fans down again, so they go with a song they know the fans like. And this is a safe choice, not like "I Need You Now" was. But is this too little too late? And i wonder if it´ll be a new version? Then a 3rd video for it? Since i absolutely love "On And On" i really hope it´s the smash hit it deserves to be! According to sources BBC Radio 1 "loves Agnes" they will hopefully support this. Can we assume "Secret Love" aint that good then?

Even though "I Need You Now" didn´t become so successful in UK, it´s having massive success in Agnes home country Sweden. It´s been steady in the top on Itunes since it´s release. #2 has so far been it´s peak. It entered the Swedish single chart at #10 last week, and made it Agnes´ 7th single to hit the top 10 in Sweden. It´s also her 9th single that entered the prestigious "Trackslistan", and was last weeks "rocket" debuting at #6. It´s also getting more and more airplay. Sweden´s biggest and most influential radio station, Rix FM, just added the single to the Most Played Chart. It´s also this weeks "Hit warning" at Rix. Since it´s the end of the year, there are several awards where Agnes have got nominations. As i mentioned earlier "Release Me" has been nominated for "Best Song" in P3 Gold. And today you can start voting in the Swedish Grammy awards, where Agnes is nominated for "Best Artist", "Best Female Artist" & "Best Song" (Release Me). Vote on Agnes here. And now the icing on the cake! Agnes will be performing live at the Swedish Idol finale on friday! It´s without a doubt Sweden's biggest music show (besides Melodifestivalen) and has major impact on the Swedish charts. But this is not the first time Agnes makes an guest appearance in the Swedish Idol finale. 2006, the year after she won she performed "Champion" in the finale. And last year Agnes and most of the other successful idol contesters opened the show, Agnes sang "On And On". Swedish newspaper Aftonbladet reports about Agnes participating in this years idol finale. Agnes is without any doubt one of Sweden´s biggest star, if not the biggest of them all!
